Industrial Maintenance Technician
$25.22 – $32.33/hour
The second shift Industrial Maintenance Technician position’s primary function is the safe and proper operation, maintenance and predictive maintenance of all company machinery, utilities and facilities while working in accordance with all legal requirements and applicable codes.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all phases of equipment and system validation
- Review electrical drawings associated with new equipment procurement
- Write and edit PLC programs – install and test these programs
- Assist engineering personnel with the development of project specifications for new equipment
- Act as a technical liaison to contractor personnel who are performing activities onsite
- Perform as a lead maintenance person of two or more people
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System software (CMMS) to support validations of work

Restack / Die Cutter
$19.00/hour
A restacker works with the team to restack finished sheets to improve the stack quality of the load while inspecting sheets for defects and checking the dimensions of the finished product. Packages the load per specifications of the customer. This position offers a fast pace and mostly continuous motion throughout the shift. Applicants should enjoy physical work.
A die cutter produces a cutout part per the print as specified by the customer. Sheets are fed on a belt that advances to the die section of a press and advances again to be inspected and palletized. This position offers a more centralized location through the shift and is a lighter duty position than restacking. Applicants should enjoy repetitive predictable patterns with an attention to detail to find defective pieces.

Wet End Operator
$20.25-$22.46/hour
A wet end operator works with the team in the setup and operation of the wet end of the laminator. An operator will prepare roll stock to make stock splices by the shafting roll, threading roll, setting alignment, monitoring the timing of splice, verify and adjust coat weights and report machine variances. This position is in constant motion and is fast-paced engaging your mind the entire shift. Applicants should enjoy combining physical labor with mechanical equipment skills and be comfortable working around heavy industrial equipment.
