Fibre Converters now offers extrusion coating and laminating. Now available is poly coating of board
weight substrates from .007” to .040”, in widths up to 98”, coat weights of .7
to 2 mils, flame treated for bond, corona treated for printing or bonding, matte
or gloss finish. Core sizes currently available are 3”, 4”, 6”, or 12” ID.
Materials today include: virgin or recycled kraft liner board and recycled
cylinder board, either highly water resistant or plain chip; low to medium
density polyethylene; clear and custom colors. Extrusion laminating of two
substrates is also available. |
